- Morning Routine: Start with a coffee from the Dolce Gusto machine. The kitchen is separate, so you can cook breakfast without smelling up the bedroom.
- Deep Work: We’ve placed the IKEA Matchspel ergonomic chair in the bedroom office nook for a distraction-free work zone.
- Downtime: Stream your favorite shows via the TV box, or head downstairs to use the gym, pool or the sauna / steam room.
- Comfort: The unit has 2 A/Cs (bedroom and living room) and a “sit-in” bathtub with a water heater. The mattress is Western-standard (soft), paired with blackout curtains to help you recharge properly.

I know other guests have mentioned the views, but they really are incredible. The apt is on a high floor on the corner of the building giving you about 180* of Bangkok’s skyline. Sunsets can be really impressive. Even the smog and fog can occasionally add to the show.
It is about a 15 minute walk to the Ekkimai BTS, which can get you almost anywhere. There’s dozens of good street food vendors and a lunchtime food market along the way.
Gateway Mall right before the BTS has a Michelin rated Noodle shop in their food court – amazing AND cheap delicious food.
Jeffrey is one of the best hosts/landlords out there. Super helpful and responsive, and just genuinely nice 👍

A lovely apartment in the center of Bankok. Not too far from the BTS station. With a restaurant and a 7/11 at the entrance of the condo. Everything was practical and easy to get around!
The apartment was nice with a stunning view!

I am incredibly happy I chose to stay at Jeffrey’s place. The apartment looks like the photos and it’s very cozy. I found the bed really comfortable and the views from the bedroom and the living room are stunning. I loved watching the sunrise and sunset whenever i caught them. Jeffrey is really responsive and helped with any issues that arose. He also gave me helpful tips to navigate around the neighborhood. Ekkamai BTS station is about a 10 minute walk away, so if you don’t mind the walk, it’s easy to get there. Overall I’m very happy with my stay.

Perfect apartment for long stay.
The space is very bright and spacious with spectacular views of downtown Bangkok. Great location, you are 10 minutes walk from Ekammai BTS. There is a pool, gym, security and even 7-11 and restaurant downstairs.
I have stayed in several apartments in Bangkok over the years, but this was my favourite.
Furthermore, Jeffrey is a very nice guy and great host. He was extremely attentive and always took care of any questions or issues.

The view of the room is the best, and the owner almost prepared everything to make it more like a Home. And everything is clean and organized. He even prepared coffee pods and coffee machine, no need to go downstairs to get a coffee.
The location is also great, 6mins walk distance to Ekkamai BTS station. And I was going to extend another month of this room. But I was unlucky, it’s already booked by others.
Hope I can go back someday in the future.

It was a wonderful stay, felt like a home in the middle of the active life of Bangkok but quiet in the apartment building and in the apartment.
Fine extras such as the large pool and gym. Small supermarket (7/11 open 24 hours a day) on the ground floor of the complex itself.
The apartment was nice and hygienically clean, extra service such as a tank of drinking water was provided by the host. Friendly and attentive host who was easy to reach.
Magnificent views of the city from the window of both the living room and the balcony. And nice bathroom with daybed and shower.
Found the house very complete, there was also the possibility to cook yourself (done for 1 day) because there were also many local restaurants where you could eat deliciously close to the complex for little money.
A wonderful experience a short distance from the center ( Siam is 3 stations away with the BTS) and the nearest BTS station was within walking distance of the apartment.
